Maple Cinnamon Granola

 Ingredients:

3 cups rolled oats

1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

1/3 cup maple syrup

1/2 tsp cinnamon 

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1/2 tsp sea salt 


Instructions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. 

Spread out on a large baking sheet

Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring half way through 

Let cool completely until crunchy, store in airtight container. Good for 2 weeks.
